PARISIAN PIED-À -TERRE, Paris I FR
A renovation of a Parisian apartment in an 1800s building, where ornate historical details meet contemporary living. The layout is reworked to create a larger primary bathroom and an open, generous kitchen, while each room balances heritage with curated vintage pieces. From the luminous spa to the dark, atmospheric salon framing views into lighter spaces, the design creates a timeless dialogue between old craftsmanship and modern elegance.

POLENE FLAGSHIP STORE, Manhattan I NYC
A translation of Polène’s European concept into a fully compliant New York retail space. As architect of record, Re-A.D adapted the design to U.S. standards, producing construction documents, coordinating consultants, and guiding permitting to bring the brand’s identity seamlessly into its Soho location.

VERDE, Manhattan I NYC
Opening in Fall 2025, Verde’s first North American location will rise just steps from the High Line. READ is leading the full architectural development — from design to construction and approvals — to translate the international catering and events company’s vision into its new U.S. home.

COUCOU ROOFTOP, Miami I FL
A rooftop project atop Herzog & de Meuron’s iconic brutalist building, where Coucou brings a Mediterranean spirit to Miami. The design harmonizes the brand’s identity with the site’s bold architectural context, shaping a refined and atmospheric new setting.

LAMBERT & FILS SHOWROOM, Manhattan I NYC
A luminous reinterpretation of a historic Tribeca corner for Lambert & Fils. The design transforms the 19th-century Schepp Building into a refined white box that highlights the brand’s lighting pieces while preserving the character of the original architecture.

HARLEM PENTHOUSE, Harlem I NYC
A serene Harlem penthouse renovation defined by a minimal, bi-tonal palette and an emphasis on raw, truthful materials. Earth tones, natural wood, and indirect lighting create a calm living atmosphere, while darker, moodier spaces in the kitchen and bathrooms offer moments of intimate contrast.

A shared headquarters in the heart of Williamsburg, shaped as both workspace and gallery. At its core, an exhibition space showcases artists and makers, while reclaimed-wood worktables root the loft in the ongoing creative journey of Re-A.D and Megan Grehl.

HARLEM TOWNHOUSE, Harlem I NYC
A vertical expansion of a narrow West Village townhouse designed to accommodate a growing family. A new stacked stair and sculpted roofscape bring light deep into the 12-foot-wide home, creating distinct yet connected living areas and giving each family member space to grow within a compact footprint.

MOUNTAIN CHALET, Alps I FR
A renovation of the Altitude 1647 chalet in La Clusaz, creating a new category of on-slope hospitality. The project balances respect for traditional Haute-Savoie architecture with a contemporary extension, shaping a higher-end hotel experience directly at the top of the ski slopes.

FULGURANCE LANDROMATE, Brooklyn I NYC
A Greenpoint restaurant designed as an incubator for emerging chefs, where the open kitchen and central table place their craft at the heart of the experience. Using a raw material palette—stainless steel, wood, handcrafted clay tiles—the space blends contemporary clarity with the historic character of the landmark storefront, creating a timeless setting for culinary experimentation.

A full-gut renovation of a Crown Heights townhouse, balancing the character of original materials with contemporary clarity. The design pairs restored elements with glass, wood, and clay plaster to create a refined, tactile sequence of spaces rooted in both history and modern craft.

PARK SLOPE INTERIOR, Brooklyn I NYC
A landmark Prospect Park townhouse reimagined for clients whose art collection guides the architecture itself. The design moves from historic grandeur at the entry to a light-filled contemporary sanctuary at the top, culminating in a rooftop terrace with sweeping Manhattan views. Blending restored details with modern interventions, the home becomes a seamless dialogue between heritage, minimalism, and curated art.
